1. Check whether the mechanical performance is good, whether the workbench and the bending machine table are level; and prepare various mandrel tool blocks.
2. Install the mandrel, forming shaft, iron shaft or variable retaining frame according to the diameter of the processed steel bar and the requirements of the hoop bending machine. The diameter of the mandrel should be 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar.
3. Check the core shaft, the block and the turntable to ensure there is no damage or cracks, and the protective cover is securely fastened. Operation can only be carried out after confirming that the machine is running normally without any work.
4. During operation, insert the end of the steel bar to be bent into the gap provided by the turntable, fix the other end close to the machine body and press it tightly with your hand. Check that the machine body is fixed and it is indeed installed on the side blocking the steel bar before starting.
5. It is strictly forbidden to replace the core shaft, change the angle, adjust the speed, etc. during operation, and it is also not allowed to add oil or clean.
6. When bending steel bars, it is strictly forbidden to process the steel bar diameter, number of bars and machine speed that exceed the requirements of the machine.
7. When bending high-hardness or low-alloy steel bars, the maximum limit diameter should be changed according to the specifications on the machine nameplate, and the corresponding core shaft should be replaced.
8. It is strictly forbidden to stand within the working radius of the bending steel bar or on the side of the machine body that is not fixed. The bent semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the hooks should not face upwards.
9. When changing the direction of the turntable, it must be done after it has come to a complete stop.
10. After the operation is completed, clean up the site, maintain the machine, and turn off the power to lock the box.
