Deputy Director Guo Xiaoming led officials from the Department’s Toll Loan Repayment Center and the Highway Administration to inspect and conduct on-site work at the renovation and expansion projects of the Yuanyang Toll Station of the Xinzheng Administrative Office and the Xinxiang West Toll Station of the Changji Expressway. Liu Sen, Deputy Mayor of the Xinxiang Municipal Government, also attended the event.
At Yuanyang Toll Station, Deputy Director Guo Xiaoming inspected traffic and project details, reviewed design plans, and addressed key issues. He stressed expediting approvals, strengthening coordination with the county government, and ensuring smooth implementation. Clear deadlines were set to accelerate progress and complete the renovation early for public convenience.
At the Xinxiang West Toll Station, Deputy Director Guo Xiaoming detailed the project’s preliminary preparations and addressed issues such as land acquisition and environmental safeguards. He mandated: First, all departments at all levels must work closely together and establish a coordination group to ensure a safe construction environment. Second, the renovation project must be closed for construction, with timely announcements and traffic controls implemented to ensure convenient travel for residents during construction. Third, the construction department must further optimize the construction plan, implement scientific methods, and ensure completion by the end of April.
